X-Box 360 Hack

I just read a really cool posting from Slashdot which talked about the new X-Box 360. I recently played Fight Night: Round 3 over my buddy's place and let me tell you the graphics are amazing.

Anyway, there was a recent posting which points out a fundamental flaw in the system allowing it to be hacked to play recorded games. This is great news for me, and makes me want to purchase a system more, with hopes of being able to copy all my friends games for free.

I also find all of this funny especially after the hype that existed when the systems first came out. I frequent the site "Your the man now Dog" which makes fun of various things on the internet. They pointed out a case of someone searching for an X-Box 360 on eBay near its initial release date that spent $560 on an EMPTY BOX!!! It is amazing to see people not reading the fine print.
